Creating Floating Terrain
By Sean White "The Armor Bilbo"
1. This is how I did things, there are other ways. I used my soldering iron to sculpted out the basic land form shape.

2. I then begin to piece together the form of the support for the “floating” pieces. I had used a cheap chain soldered together, in this one I’m using twisted wire. You need to use something that will support several growler bulls.

3. This is a view of the beginning support framework.

4. I’m making this one appear to be supported by a tree stump and ropes. All are soldered and made from wire.

5. I’ve added some extra support as well as interest stuff.

The Rest are finished images. 6-8 layers of dry brushing and some green flock stuff on top, and poof there you have it.
